PCAP uses trained and supervised case managers to provide intensive case management and interventions for 3 years. Case managers assist clients in goal setting and identifying steps to achieve goals, obtaining alcohol/drug treatment, long-term recovery support, choosing a family planning method, child health care/immunizations, and obtaining permanent, stable housing. PCAP connects mothers with community services and works to solve system barrier issues. Often, case managers attend court hearings with clients, advocating for them and getting their voices heard.
PCAP works with mothers to provide recovery support to build and maintain healthy, independent family lives and assure that children are in safe and stable homes.
Our office is located in the heart of downtown Everett at 1721 Hewitt, Ste 200. We encourage clients and their families to come in. Lunch is served Tuesday-Thursday with parenting classes and recovery support groups. Childcare is provided during classes.
